What can I do to prevent my order from being returned?
A parcel is not often returned to our facilities. Nonetheless, at times an order may be returned due to the intended rejection of the parcel, an error on the given shipping address when placing an order, or when the parcel is not picked up by the customer.
We recommend you to pay attention to the shipment once your package leaves our warehouses. In most cases, your order will arrive at your shipping address between 1 and 5 working days depending on the type of shipment and the destination country. With the tracking information, you can always verify where your parcel is, at any time, and be aware of any problems with the delivery.
If an order is returned it will be processed as a return and you will receive a refund for the product. Due to the volume of merchandise received, it is not possible to place a new order and manage another shipment. For this, you must proceed to make the purchase again.
