I have placed an order containing several units and I have only received part of the products I purchased. Is there a problem? Will I receive the rest in a second shipping?

Our stock at NIGH is distributed among different warehouses in the cities of Barcelona and Madrid. It is possible that when an order contains several items, you will receive more than one delivery.

If you have received a parcel, but your order is not yet complete, it is likely that a second parcel is about to come. Please, don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to verify the status of your shipping
