I do not have a customer account but would like to see my order status. What should I do?
If you do not have a customer account, unfortunately, you will not be able to see the updated status of your order. Anyway, you should receive a confirmation email at two key moments of your purchase:
- Purchase confirmation. We send it once the payment is made, you can review the products purchased as well as the shipping and billing information.
- Shipping notification. The message includes the online tracking number of your order once it has been prepared and is ready for shipment.
Please remember to check the Spam folder. If your account belongs to Gmail or GoogleMail, we also recommend checking the Notifications or Promotions tabs.
