How should I send the products that I want to return?

It is a requirement for any return that the products are duly protected. This way, we avoid any damage during return shipping. The products you return, either because they do not suit you well or do not convince you, are again put on sale. This is why we are very demanding when evaluating the status of returns.

If a product is returned without a protection box, the return will be rejected. In the case of clothing, the return may be made through a soft packaging, envelope type, or container bag.

If you wish, you can recycle the box you received from NIGH to send your products back. Anyway, if the box volume is much higher than the returned product, you can always use other packaging that better suits the content.
