How can I confirm my order has been placed correctly?
You can confirm that you have correctly placed your order in three ways:
After the payment process, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where we provide you with an order number.
After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
The payment is processed straight away, so you will be able to see the charge on your bank statement or PayPal account.
If you do not reach all or any of these three points, especially the bank charge confirmation, your order may not have been placed correctly. If you have any questions, you can contact us and we will confirm the status.
Please provide as much information as possible: order number or information that helps us identify your payment (last four digits of the card used or your PayPal email account).
