Can I return a pair of sneakers without its original box?
If you do not keep the original box of the product it is not possible to request the return of the same. It is mandatory that the items you return are sent in the original product boxes.
If a garment or accessory has any individual cover, bag, hanger, or box, it must also be returned in perfect condition for your return to be accepted.
